Did you know what changes were going to happen to you in puberty before they happened?

Being in a private school with no sex ed and having parents who did not talk about sex, I was clueless about what was happening to my body. I started playing sports in 8th grade and after the first practice the guys showered. I was shocked to see friends I had grown up with that had big dicks and pubes. Yeah I had sex ed in school and that helped a lot also biology class. I also looked at and read a lot of things on the internet. The only surprise for me really was when I saw my first pubes sprouting out. The rest just slowly progressed along normally.

We don't have sex-ed until 9th grade and my parents never had "the talk" with me. So I was totally clueless about puberty and all of that. After I figured out what it was from a combination of sex-ed and TV shows/movies, my best guess is that I started puberty when I was 12. By the time I found out what puberty was, I had already had a growth spurt, hair on my arms, legs, penis/balls, and armpits, and had a few wet dreams.

I go to a private school and we had sex ed in the 5th grade. Not everything was explained. I learned some things from my best friend and school yard talk from others guys. My Dad had a talk with me and he also explained to me about body changes and what will be happening to me as I go into puberty. It was kind of embarrassing. I have learned a lot from VT.

Had Sex Ed in 5th grade but it was the basics, you know egg/sperm and meeting and making a baby. They did explain how the sperm got to the egg, but not in any real detail. Most of mine was from my dad after that talk when he asked what I learned. I told him and he was pissed that it was so lame. He told me most of what I could expect and even about masturbation saying that at some point I would feel an urge and would learn it. What he didn't know is that I caught my cousin, so I had a pretty good idea about it.
