Since i have been coming out to my friends and stuff a lot of them are coworkers but we are all like very close. well i came out to one of my friends/coworkers and we known each other for like 5 years now. As long as this is against the rules at your guys' jobs and you are both comfortable with it then I don't see a major problem, however, does he say if he's into dudes. I'm worried if he isn't, it might complicate things. Also, I couldn't find out how old you are so I'm assuming your arrangement is legal. But I would say it's probably fine tho.

Maybe he also want experience and he also still curious about his sexuality. I think thats alright if you can keep it secret from your other coworker. But it can be problem of you both get caught by someone at work.

I don't see a problem with it myself. If you are comfortable with him and there is no big age difference or anything then why not date him.
