From 04:30 - 06:30 this morning, I suffered from a REALLY severe pain in my left testicle. I couldn't move at all! This happens once every couple of months or so and have no idea what it is. The weird thing is that it always leaves eventually. Does anyone have any thoughts? :(

I suggest that you go see a docter about it, it might be something serious

Like what? It doesn't happen that often and I put it down to laying wrong in bed.

It could b a sprained muscle in
ur groin causing the pain or even
a hernia. As all said check with a
doctor.

I appreciate everyone's advice but if it is any of the ailments suggested, why does it only happenly sparingly?

That's why it's a good question for your doctor to answer.

Maybe the school nurse. If it’s my balls I would be concern and tell my parents.

There are a lot of things you don't want to take a chance on and that particular area is one of them. Go see a doctor. They will be able to help you or at least try to make sure you get the proper help.

I sure would be careful about this. Tell your parents and get to a doctor.

[UPDATE]
The pain has now 100% gone away. I really don't want to go to a doctor. Another thing to note is that I masturbated later that day and had no pain at all, so what could that be? :)
