Hi all,

So its more during school due to the uniform materials I get lots of seat makrs under the arms and its really embarassing for me. Is there any way to somehow stop this or help stop it?

I suffer from this as well. But I can't really think of a way to stop it. Worst of all, my shirt gets saturated from sweat and I have to sit in it all day! If that's what it's like for me in cold, wet Britain, I dread to think what it's like for you Australia!

Use a good antiperspirant.

It's now summer here in the Philippines and we usually get 30-40 degrees Celsius (86-104F) so it's definitely super hot. Though we make use of ACs and my uni issues summer uniforms which is much comfortable and breathable in the heat. I suggest you wear tank tops or undershirts so that it can absorb the sweat rather than what you're wearing outside so it isn't that noticeable.

Yeah, wear t shirts under your school shirt to help absorb some of the sweat and invest in a good antiperspirant

The best solution would be to try using a very good antiperspirant deodorant.

I feel that if you work out a lot, your body will become conditioned (or used to) to sweating when there is a higher level of stress on the body that when you're not working out you won't sweat as much.

a lot of school uniforms (in australia anyways) are polyester and cause you to sweat and stink more, you could wear a cotton undershirt and it'll probably help, as well as wearing antiperspirant
