It's normal to sweat. You are vigorously moving your arm. I have only seen a wet patch twice and those were when I mastubated intensely for over an hour. I usually don't sweat that much.

Not personally but I'm not often laying down when masturbating. It makes sense that you'd be sweaty though, puberty makes you sweat more anyway, even without the extra physical activity you're subjecting yourself to.
