My mind was just racing so fast and I was so happy I couldn't keep up I needed something to slow me Dow but there was no codeine or tremadol in the house the only way to get enough codeine was to take the combo pills 500 mg paracetamol and 8 mg codeine I took 8 of them the room is spinning I feel sick and have no appetite how badly am I fucked

From what I've read so far, you're looking at severe liver damage from the paracetamol alone- severe liver damage is likely at 250mg. Doesn't seem like it'd necessarily be fatal though. Couldn't get much information about the codeine. I'd say you need to go to the ER if at all possible.

My liver is in bad shape all ready does that make this any worse also do you think I could suffer through for one more hour

Btw I know the max dose is higher than 250 cause the max on the box was 1000

I'd say it makes it worse.

That's 1 gram. It said fatal dosage was 12, but liver damage was likely at 250. I don't know if that meant repeated use or not. I'd imagine either way your liver is in fairly bad shape, and you'd want to be careful.

I know I need a doc but I'm scared this isn't the first time I've done this and every time I either get told I'm suicidal ( not asked told no matter what I say) or I get told I'm a hormonal teen over reacting

That, and it's truly unprofessional. Ugh.

I wouldn't mention it if at all possible if that's the case. Just say that you've had problems with your liver before, and you think you need a liver blood test. Best of luck. :(

I'm 16 so I don't think my rents can be called and I'm old enought to refuse psychiatric care so in 20 min busses start running ill catch one to the er say I had some back pain and overdid the meds do you think that could work

That sounds like it could probably work. Make sure they don't require copay/insurance in order to see the doc though. Unless you could make it.
