Sensitivity when hard

I was circumcised as an adult due to phimosis. I ended up with a really ugly looking scar. A few weeks ago I had a plastic surgeon perform a circumcision scar revision. Although I'm only a few weeks post op, I'm a little worried about the new scar.

I've been waking up with really intense erections and the head of my penis is extremely hard/engorged. When it's really hard it isn't very sensitive. Like when I rub it I barely feel anything at all. When I'm soft it is a lot more sensitive. I'm worried the new scar is constricting the blood flow and possibly doing some damage.

My question for you circumcised guys is, how sensitive is the head of your penis when you're rock hard? Do you feel much or is it mostly just pressure you can feel?

I think I am more sensitive hard than soft. I am cut.

I think the new scar is kind of doing the same thing. Scar tissue isn't elastic like regular skin is so its kind of like tight band under my glans.

After my initial circumcision a year ago, I never had this issue as the scar wasn't as tight.

A scar will not constrict blood flow. It is not going to become tighter.

Sorry to hear bt the circ.
Im cut and have very little feeling on my head or shaft soft/hard. I get some better beeling on my leftover foreskin and behind the head and certain areas of the shaft.
I would think you would have more sensitivity since you were circed not to long ago.

Were you cut as an adult or a baby? So you don't feel much when you rub your head when you're hard?

I know I can't cum just by rubbing or stroking the head. I have to have stimulation to the shaft right behind the head for it to feel really fantastic and get me to cum. So I'm not really sure how to answer you. I've been circumcised since birth, so this is the only feelings that I know.

I'm jealous. They removed my frenulum with the circumcision so all thats left is scar tissue there lol.

Think he's referring to the frenulum area. It is suppose to be the most sensitive area of the penis.

It’s really not sensitive at all lol usually. Sometimes, if I use lube and rub the head really hard it gets a little sensitive but like usually it takes a lot for me to cum. Hope that helps lol

It’s that little string/band of skin on the underside of your dick that connects the head to the shaft. It runs vertically in that V area.

Sometimes if you’re circumcised it’s removed or cut off with the foreskin as well. Do you have it?

Me too. The under part, like the bottom side of my penis, right under the head, is VERY sensitive. If feels so good when I rub there. Also the head, which - to answer the original question - is very sensitive when I am rock hard, and especially after I cum.
