Skin color doesn't matter, nor does hair color. I like somebody (girl or guy) to be in some sort of decent shape. But over anything else, personality matters the most. And good hygiene is really important.

I noticed my BF's looks first... I think we're all visual creatures...he's blonde, blue eyes, 6'3", and oh my God has the body of a God but I wouldn't have given him the time of day had he not had a great personality. He's funny, smart, kind, polite, wicked sense of humor, nice to people, gregarious and so much more so although it was the packaging that initially caught my eye, it was everything else about him that won my heart.

I hold personality to high standards these days, as to avoid being let down again, but looks still need to somewhat play a part too, so there’s an equal balance that way between good looking and an amazing personality.
If a girl fell under these categories then it’d be my dream girl :P
