Not necessarily. Assuming lying on your back, for girls the opening is much further down so anything that does come out would therefore likely end up on the sheets. The tip of a guys penis is much further up so his cum will naturally land on his belly/chest unless me makes an effort to aim it elsewhere. It's also reasonably thick, at least when it first comes out, so it doesn't immediately run off and therefore allows time to wipe it up.
