Curved/Bent Veiny Erection

I've posted something similar to this a year ago but I feel like I need to explain what I'm asking a bit more and ask something extra.

So I'm 17 and just over a year ago I realised that my erect penis has quite a pronounced downwards curvature like a banana. I say realised because I never really paid attention to what shape it was before and after thinking that it's supposed to be more upwards and straight I got worried. Because I never really paid attention to the shape before I cant actually remember if its always been like that but I think it has.

It works normally and there is no pain but I'm concerned that it might look weird to other people and might not function properly during sex. (I'm a virgin).

I went to the doctor a year ago and told him and he said to see if it gets any worse and if it does then go back, but as far as I can tell its the same.

I'm really worried that something is wrong and I cant seem to find any useful information online about it.

Something I'll also add is that across the top when erect or flaccid one of the veins seems very pronounced and large and I'm not sure if that's normal or if it may someway be connected.

All the things you talk about are normal things. There are so many types of penis' in the world. My penis curves upward and to the left like a banana. As long as your penis functions to urinate and have sex and all other ways without pain or discomfort you are fine. So you can stop worrying about yours unless it hurts. I have seen several penis' like yours and the guys are all fine.

Seems pretty normal to me so you shouldn't really worry about it. As long as your penis can pee and you're able to enjoy sexual stuff without pain or discomfort you're fine, there are many different types of penises in the world.

Mine curves like a banana when I'm stiff but upward, I like it!

Like a few of the other guys here, mine also curves upward, but I think a downward curve won't have too much of an effect on your penis' functionality. It's just how your tendons and muscles in that area developed. I also have a large vein on mine and I think it's normal, some guys will have it and some won't.

Mine curves up to the left, but not to the point that it interferes with my everyday life.

I think that it's great that you mentioned it to a dr. Most people wouldn't have done that. They would just post about how it would be too hard (challenging) to talk about it with a medical professional. That being said, it sounds like he wasn't that concerned. So I would just continue to monitor it and if it gets worse go back to your doctor.

Doing a simple google search on the different types of penises might put your mind at ease if you haven't done so already.
