It is sentitive, and the feelings of skin going up and down is very good during sex or masturbation.

For me it makes no difference. Especially when your head does not touch everything (except the cooler air which is definitely a weird feeling to even think of). But leaving your foreskin retracted for longer period of time may be painful for some guys due to underwear touching it. Personally I experience only a slight discomfort cause I try to make it less sensitive pulling back to piss and shower.
