My BF and my older brother both have chest hair and I think it looks good on them...masculine. I do prefer a guy shave his face though...I really don't care for beards or mustaches. As for pubic hair, I prefer a guy be neatly trimmed or clean shaven. Looks nicer and feels more intimate.
