Most males have a natural reflex to shudder after peeing. It's natural homeostasis. Everyone shivers when cold. Your muscles contract to use energy and transfer some of that to heat. When you urinate a lot, all that warm fluid escapes and lowers you body temperature, so evolution protects this by forcing the body to warm up. Also, you expose you genitals to colder air when urinating, so your body looses some heat.
