Remember responding to being horny and feeling like you need to release some cum is only part of the reason for jacking - the other is to enjoy the pleasure and that can be greater if you don't rush to cumming as fast as possible but instead get close and then stay in that "very close but not quite cumming" state for a while before finally going for it. Not only is the "not quite cumming" feeling good in its own right and you can make it last a lot longer than the orgasm, but after doing this the orgasm is more intense too.
