Does anyone else ever begin to feel quite tired or drowsy after masturbating for a bit? Like I’ll be wide awake but after a while I just yawn and want to sleep even if it’s morning. It happens to me quite often and I’m wondering if it’s the same for anyone else.

I get sleepy or sleep really well after I do it before bed. In the day when I do it, I get relaxed and sometimes have a nap but not all the time. I think its our bodies releasing a hormone to sleep after orgasm.

I am certainly aware of a very relaxed, slighly sleepy feeling afterwards. If you do it last thing at night that is perfect for going to sleep. It only lasts a few minutes, though so if it's not last thing at night just chill-out for a few minutes and enjoy that relaxed feeling, then get on with whatever you need to do next.
