There is nothing you can do to change the way that you cum. You cum how you cum. If you are real horny and turned on that makes it more likely that you will shoot a bit but that is all that you can try to do about shooting.
I sometimes shoot one spurt and then just kind of erupt and ooze out a little over a tablespoon.

Edging definitely does help with shooting cum. Also, if I save up I usually cum a decent amount. Maybe 3 or 4 shots

I don't think there is a way you can change how you cum. Maybe drinking more water and edging could help. Like jamie_n5 said, you just cum how you cum.

It’s different for everyone, but you can try jerking off every few days if you do it every day, or once a week if you usually do it every 2-3 days. That should help a little bit. I'd say it is similar for me in the sense that waiting a few days definitely makes it thicker and the white colour even more concentrated. Because it is so thick it doesn't really shoot that far but it still feels wonderful. I think for me, though, it's a bigger load than a quick wank but less than a long edging session. It's hard to be sure, though, because after edging the cum tends to be thinner and shoots much further so it's a bit like comparing apples and oranges.
