It's basically when your butt sticks out a little and it looks like two bubbles. It's nothing to worry about thoughn loads of people have one.

Big, well rounded, It is a good thing IMO. I used to have one and would like to get it back in the gym by the end of the year.

It's like a well rounded ass on a slim person, so it sticks out slightly making it look big.

Since I think it can mean big, well rounded, and/or cute, then I'm guessing whoever said it was emphasizing the well rounded shape.

If someone says you have a bubble butt it's not really a phrase you can use as an insult. It is only meant as a compliment. Especially as it doesn't mean what a lot of people have commented. It doesn't mean you have a big ass.

I remember reading that early in puberty us boys start producing quite a bit of estrogen as well as testosterone, and it's not at all uncommon for 12-13 yo boys to develop more fat in their butt cheeks, making them look nice and round and even sticking out a little bit for maybe a couple of years. It's from that estrogen. Later on (like by late teens) this fat pretty much disappears as the testosterone takes over. Muscles grow, and a lot of the "baby fat" under the skin starts to disappear.

Tight means it's not soft to touch. Like if you touch a fat stomach compared to a ripped one, the ripped one is referred to as a tight core. It basically means you have a perky butt.

If you are wearing a t-shirt, not tucked in, and it hangs down straight in front but in back it bunches up over your butt, then you have a bubble butt. Your butt is sticking out a bit cuz it's grown nice and round. I don't see that as much with guys my age (15+), but with guys 12-14 it's a lot more common I think.
