I have never gotten any. Maybe you need to wash better/more often and or get some moisture wicking underwear if the sweat and dirt is getting trapped in your pores

I've never gotten any black heads on my penis. As far as I know none of my friends have gotten then either.

I haven't, but it is possible to get a black head anywhere you have a hair follicle. So it's possible
