Chest Shaving

I've been wondering about shaving my chest. I'm not super hairy, but enough for it to cross my mind. What is your opinion on chest shaving? Do you think it is a good idea and looks good? I'm also wondering how it will look when the hair starts to grow back- will it be easy to tell I shaved it and could I get some strange looks at the pool for my age?

I have shaved my chest quite a few times now. I used a proper razor the first couole of times then switched to an electric one. It will look and feel funny for a bit but I'm sure you'll like it when you get used to it. :)

My cousin shaves his chest. You can tell he shaves it when it starts to grow back in. But I don't think he gets any funny looks on the beach. I've never heard or seen anything.

I am a complete twink. I have no chest hair at all just some little fine hairs on my tummy. My dad doesn't have chest hair either. I am glad I don't have chest hair to be honest.

I have a kind of small heart shaped triangle of hairs on the top my chest and to be honest I like it makes me feel like a man so I would not shave it. I friend of mine shaved his chest and he said his chest was really ichy as they grow back.

I have a really hairy chest, so I shave it once in a while. If you do it, only do it to improve your confidence, not to raise other's opinions of you. Just know that the first couple times you do it it will be really itchy.

I think that it isn't weird to shave your chest, especially if you swim. My classmates who swim also shave their legs and armpits so they can swim faster.

Some do, but I'd say mostly the guys that are in really competitive swim teams/clubs. I know some that do. I swim, mostly for playing water polo. Some guys who do water polo like to shave because it makes it harder for someone from the other team to hang on to them and slow them down. Technically, contact is a foul, but with most of your body under the water there's lots of stuff that happens that the ref can't see and therefore doesn't call.

I do not have chest hair, It was great while my chest was flat and I was a skinny twink,...Now that I've started to put on I'd rather have some chest hair to make my boob mounds less noticeable.

I shaved at first when I started getting hair on my nipples, I was a little self conscious and didn't like having dark hair around just my nipples... Now I'm getting dark thicker hair in the middle of my chest, and a longer trail, I dont shave any of that but still shave my nipples, or as my friend put it, they look like hairy eyeballs lol :D
