Porn and masturbation with friends no matter the gender are both normal activities. I would consider whether you trust him enough and want to take your friendship to that stage and if you do, bring it up with the guy and see if he's still interested. It doesn't make you gay to do it, and even if you do happen to do it and find out you're not totally straight then that's fine too, but you don't have to make that distinction right now. He probably asked because he's curious and trusts you.
