I noticed how a lot of people are so against for circumcision so lets try this...
If you are cut, would you prefer to be uncut or would you like to still be cut?
Alternatively: If you are uncut, would you prefer to be cut or would you like to still remain uncut?
I'm uncut and would like to stay that way without a doubt but I want to see what you guys have to say.
{P.S. please don't refer to circumcision as a mutilation of your body, it can be quite rude to those who chose or did not choose to be circumcised.}

People get butt hurt and bent out of shape for the stupidest stuff!!!
Yes, a-holes who refer to circumcision as a mutilation of your body are lame. As are people who make fun of that extra skin.
Very few males will ever tell you what he has is bad. Cut guys generally like being cut and uncut guys generally like being uncut. You like, and get used to what you have!!!
I am cut and that's what i like and probably how my boys will be.

Most guys who r cut r satisfied
with being cut and those that
aren't cut r satisfied with being
uncut and then there r those
that think they r missing out of
something and aren't satisfied.

I am exactly the same way. I have never had a problem being cut and I get plenty of sensation when I engage in certain activities. Plus, it is easier to do the circumcision at such an early age.

I'm uncut, I'm glad my parents didn't circumcise me as I have the choice myself to do whatever. I like the fact that you can simulate being cut anyway by just pulling it back.

I'm fine with being cut like I have no problem with it. I have noticed that some people get pretty heated about this stuff. In my opinion it's jut a tiny piece of skin

I'm uncut and would prefer to stay that way. However, to address your second point, how is it fair for the world to see female circumcision as a horrific act and be allowed to call it genital mutilation, but for males it needs to be euphemized?
I don't have anything against people who are circumcised, I mean it all looks good to me, but if we are going to have a discussion on this we should be able to be respectful about it while using the correct terms for it if desired. If female circumcision can be considered genital mutilation, then I don't know why there's a bias toward male circumcision.

That is not what I meant by what I said. I've seen many posts on here where guys are asking advice for upcoming circumcisions and many attack with passive aggressive remarks such as "multilating yourself for cosmetic reasons is bs" or "you really should multilate yourself but ok."
Female circumcision has roots in trying to control women's sexuality and is deeply rooted with gender inequality done mostly in the East and Africa. Male circumcision is a western medical procedure done with the belief that a male whos circumcised would be cleaner than those who werent. It was also spurred by the Judist faith as well.
The comparison of male and female circumcisions is completely pointless. Male circumcision can have some benefits but it is done by either cultural influence or for medical purposes. Female circumcision has been nothing more than as a way to control women and is more appropriately compared to the foot binding of Chinese girls and women.
That said, y'all can be a tad, just a tad, bit less condescending and a whole lot more kind to those asking questions about circumcision. It is not in anyone's place to shame another for their choices with their body. Which is was the inital point of this point was. I would prefer it if we could escalate things futher than this reply as I fear it would be closed or moved to another sub section. Thank you for reading and just be a kind person, these circumcision fights have just been escalating and we should let each other love our bodies and the decisions we make on them, no matter how much you believe you are correct. You have no idea what is happening behind the screen so either give the asked advice or simply ignore the post.

"I've seen many posts on here where guys are asking advice for upcoming circumcisions and many attack with passive aggressive remarks such as 'multilating yourself for cosmetic reasons is bs' or 'you really should multilate yourself but ok.'"
I definitely agree that those passive aggressive comments are not ok and if they really don't advocate for circumcision they should give them the facts that they know in the most respectful manner possible and let them make the choice. People can do what they want with their bodies. I would in no way try to make someone feel bad about their decision.

The reason for the popularization of non-religious circumcision is also unknown as well so there are many theories as to why it became popular. If I went along the lines of male circumcision being popularized to prevent masturbation, and that social norm stuck with the American people to this day, then the comparison between male and female circumcision is completely justified as male circumcision can be viewed as a way to hinder male sexuality. As for the medical benefits part, that should be saved for entirely different discussion.
"That said, y'all can be a tad, just a tad, bit less condescending and a whole lot more kind to those asking questions about circumcision."
As I've said before, I have no problem with circumcision. I have never looked down on someone for being circumcised and I will never do it. If someone CHOOSES to get circumcised then I view it similarly as someone's choice to get a tattoo. Making people feel bad is just simply not something that I like to do. However, if someone does want to be circumcised, I highly highly recommend for them to do A LOT of research on it since you will have the ability to make the same decision for your kids in the future.
"You have no idea what is happening behind the screen so either give the asked advice or simply ignore the post."
Again I agree that telling people that their decisions are wrong when it comes to their own body is just not anyone's place. One thing I would like to clear up is that you seem to have associated me with the people that talk down to others for wanting to be circumcised. I don't do that, but if someone wants to call it "genital mutilation" I believe they have the grounds and the research to be able to do so. My intent was not to be negative in any way. I misunderstood the reason for you putting that at the end of your post because I did not have the context. Thank you for explaining it to me.
