Yeah, I'd just say that it is normal, your doctor is yours and also doctor for probably a whole lot of other teen boys currently and formerly, and it is guaranteed she saw a good portion of them get boners at some point during their physicals, not all maybe, but certainly a lot of them. As NewLeafsFan said, you can try jacking off before you go, but even sometimes that doesn't work. I think a lot of us guys have been in the same position you are. I know I have. It is hard not to when the doctor/nurse/whatever is attractive and you not only have to undress (which is not as big of a deal) but then they begin touching you down there. I guess you can try your best ot think of it as non-sexual as possible (because in reality/technically, it is not a sexual situation) but even then, when you are trying to distract yourself, it can be hard to do for sure.

The one thing I will say is try not to feel too embarrassed. It is a natural reaction to have and I am going to guess she encounters it on a daily basis, if not, almost daily basis for sure (basically what drhalsey1 said). So you were not the first guy with an erection she saw and you are not going to be the last either, so try not to stress over it too much.
