I grew from 2.5" soft & 4.6" hard at 13 to 2.8" soft & 4.8" at 16. While my bro grew from 2.7" soft & 4.3" hard at 10 to 3.7" soft & 5.9" hard at 13.

I am 7.5 at 16. I don't think you should really worry though, penis size isn't all that important as people make it out to be.
