Deodorants and Anti Perspirants

I've recently discovered that I am allergic to aluminium based deodorants and anti perspirants. The dermatologist recommended some products but they were hard to find. So I didn't use some for a few days and I found no noticeable difference. I actually started using deodorants on my own since I was 8 on my own and my parents didn't even want me to use it because they said our family doesn't stink that much (we are Asian).

My questions are
how did you guys start using deodorant?
When/what age did you start using it?
After puberty did you try to stop using it for a few days?
What were the results?
Is your body odour musky or sour smelling?
Does it really stink up the room or only when you raise your arms etc?

Is your body odour musky or sour smelling? I don't have body odor now unless I'm sweating a lot. Maybe musky then.

how did you guys start using deodorant? sex ed at school in grade 5 they said that we should start wearing it, so I did. Started wearing my dad's and then my mom got me some

What were the results? not that noticeable unless you stick your face right in my armpit

What were the results? If I don't sweat, im okay but when I sweat I am screwed

I started 13 closer to 14 I think. Ive never stopped using antiperspirant because I don't want to smell and I don't want the wetness. When I am smelly I don't think it's that bad but I can get ripe. My room smells a little bit musty sometimes but I clean it out and air it out.

What were the results? N/A, bad idea. You never want to smell dirty.
Is your body odour musky or sour smelling? Well, naturally, it's still a very clean smell. I've showered and used the same stuff all the time, so I always smelled the same way.

Is your body odour musky or sour smelling? I would say musky but I only sweat or stink after doing sport or games and its the bacteria in the sweat that makes you smell.
