What an interesting question. However, it implies that everyone that is circumcised wants there foreskin and vice versa. I was circumcised about a yr ago and I wouldn't want my foreskin back. So for that reason, I guess I would choose a bigger penis.

I think it would be really interested if a girl answered this question. Would she rather her bf match her circumcision preference or magically grow.

To be honest at 8 1/4" inches I'm too big for most women (Legitimate problem, also hard to get condoms that are girthy enough), but if I had to answer I'd say I'd rather make it larger than deal with having foreskin, I like my member being easy to clean
