my friends took me to kohls for clothes

I have felt kinda weird since this happened. My neighbor friend that is a girl but isnt my girl friend and her older sister took me to kohls last week because i needed some new under armour shorts and shirts. I had a gift card from my grandma but it wasn't enough and they said they would cover the extra money i needed for the shorts and pants. It was cool and we were having a great time but then they walked in the boys dressing room with me and acted like i should get undressed in front of them and try on my new clothes in front of them. I said i think its ok they will probaly fit me. Then they acted weird and said i was being a wuss because i didnt want to change and said its not a big deal for them to see me in my underwear. After a few minutes of waiting for them to leave i gave in and did get undressed in front of them but i still had on my underwear and socks. The girl that is my age said i looked really cute in my tidy whiteys and should not be so shy. Her older sister said the same but she also said she wanted to buy me boxers lol. i said no thanks i have boxers but i hate them. Are they being weird or am i being a wuss. Part of me thinks she was trying to get me to go out with her but part of me is thinking it was just too weird.

Well you mentioned maybe one of them was interested in you, so that could be a possibility why she wanted to see you in your underwear. It is not being a wuss to being shy about being seen in your underwear, esp in a situation where maybe normally others would not be seeing you in them. Would I have a problem changing them in the dressing room with me? No, but then again I am me and you are you. They shouldn't have called you a wuss. Maybe they have been around guys like me who do not care about being seen in their underwear by girls even in situations like that. I don't think they were trying to be mean or hurtful. They probably didn't truly realize just how bothered you were. Again, for me, the situation would not have been weird, but for you, even if she wants to go out with you, it was probably weird for you. And that's ok, your not wrong for feeling weird about it.

they didn't actually buy me boxers but my friends sister offered to. my friend that is closer to my age said no because she liked the white briefs underwear i was already wearing. I hate boxers, i run a lot and boxers makes my junk jiggle when i run and i hate that.

It was a bit of a weird and awkward situation I think too. The girl your age might be interested in you but who knows. For me it wouldn't have bothered me a bit but I can see most guys would be apprehensive to do that. I have been skinny dipping co-ed since I was like 7 so girls have seen all I have to show for years.

I run and wear boxers. Mostly briefs. Sometimes commando. Anyway thats only part of your post lol. I'm like some other guys here. i would have no problem getting in underwear with girls in a dressing room. i have done more than that lol. But I have been asked to undress by girls and it CAN be weird. I never mind as long as they do too. But being the only one naked or in underwear CAN be weird. More than that tho they were sort of pushing your buttons by calling you a wuss and stuff. That's not super cool. But I will give them the benefit on the doubt and hope that's just the kind of guy they are used to hanging with and that they weren't trying to "bully" you into getting you half naked or feeling weird on purpose.

so the older sister came to my house this morning. i told her it was weird for me when i was in my underwear and then she laughed and said hello she likes me, the younger sister likes me not the older sister who was talking to me. And they both wanted to see me in my underwear so they could both check me out i guess. and apparently i saw the older sister once in her underwear and i didnt even know it i thought it was a swimsuit. She said its not a big deal to be in my underwear with a girl. and she knows i play a lot of baseball and she said that isnt even getting to first base if nothing else happens. she also said and i was very cute for a super skinny white boy but she said i should switch to boxers but she said whatever floats my dingy which i thought was funny after she left. Then i had to go somewhere with my mom and when i got back i waited for her to get home. So when she got home i talked to the other girl a few minutes ago, the one my age and she said yes she does like me so now i have to decide if i want a girlfriend right now. This has all happened so fast and now I don't know what to do. i even asked my mom about it and she just laughed really hard and said atleast they let me keep my undies on. so i guess it isnt' that big of a deal.

Well it is cool your mom didn't care. As I said I don't think it is a big deal either. Well know that you know she likes you and wants to go out with you, the question is do you like her and think you may want to date her? If no then it ends pretty quickly. If yes, then the two of you should obviously go out sometime.

That was clearly a very unusual situation. Since they made you uncomfortable, there is no reason to go out with them again. If you do choose to spend more time with them, you should go somewhere that requires people to be fully clothed for the entire time that you are out together.

Overall, I'd say your situation was weird, but weird doesn't necessarily imply good or bad. Just weird. I would say generally speaking that it is inappropriate for those girls to have asked you to do that and it must've been really awkward for you in that situation. I would say that perhaps you shouldn't have had to felt obliged to undress in front of them either. Either way it seems to have worked out in that you potentially have a girlfriend now and your mom didn't care.

From my position right now, I'd say it was inappropriate for sure. But if I am to be honest, I'd say that if I were in the same position back when I was 13 years old, I probably would've done the same as you too. In my case I probably would've liked to do something like that and not mind at all.

As for underwear preference, that is completely up to the individual and whatever you find most comfortable. But I do wonder, have you ever considered boxer briefs, since those tend to have more of a boxers-like look but a more similar feel to briefs.
