I would say no circumcision. But if you had to be i would say loose cause you could still have some skin movement.

I’m cut, so I wouldn’t know what having a tight foreskin is like. I would imagine it as being very painful. I know some guys who have had tight circumcisions and is very painful for them to get hard. You also have to remember that most of the time when the tip hurts from someone who is uncut with a tight foreskin is due to the head not being able to be cleaned.
