there's no actual average for puberty years because everyone grows at different rates during puberty. for an adult 3 inches and under is considered a micro penis which basically means quite small but it doesnt really apply to teens cus you could go from a 3 to a 6 fast. i guess if you're 4+ at 13 in early puberty u shouldnt worry

It's a joke.... I want to figure out the mean, but I'm up to doing year 9-10 maths, so it's not really complex, I was joking. I also should have said average on these forums, because I can roughly figure it out.
