Please don't go down the road of eating disorders I can't beg you enough to not go there.
It doesn't sound like you weigh that much I'm 5'8" and weigh about that yes I am taller but everyone is different.
If you really want to lose weight eat healthy and exercise.

exactly what she said and don't let everyone else try to make you who you are you have to come to that realization yourself It doesn't matter how much you weigh because right now big people are popular in the media

Since when are fruits and veggies expensive? Especially considering all the needless junk you could be kicking out, and the sodas you could be replacing with water (which is free, by the way. If you don't trust tap water in your town, they make pitchers that filter water, and even filters that attach directly to the faucet), it's not going to cost you extra at all. What's going to cost extra are the medical bills later on in life. Healthy eaters have health problems too, but when you make too many poor food choices, your risk of things like heart attacks and diabetes goes up. So yeah, I guess McDonalds might be cheaper than buying the supplies to make a burger yourself, but it also has much less nutritional value, and more fat, which can come back to hurt you later.

its actually unhealthy not to eat breakfast lunch and dinner are important, im fairly comfident you have friuts and vegetables in your house and being active helps,
DRINK WATER it is said you should drink about 8 glasses of water a day you will be amazed at what drinking more water can do for you, and no soda or gatorade that stuffs horrible for you
