Trouble retracting foreskin

Hey you all !

I have some trouble retracting my foreskin, has anybody some advice on how to improve the size of my foreskin ?
I don't really want to get circumsized neither to talk to my parents about it.

I heard there were some plastic rings like phimocure that can also help. Do you know if I can find something similar in a pharmacy in the US ?

I just googled it. I had Phimosis and used these, no chop my foreskin.

If you look it up there are various stretching "excercises" you can do to slowly get the results you want but be warned that it does take a decent amount of time to achieve

Exactly, that's when your doctor writes a prescription for sone type if rings to assist you in streaching. It's too bad some guys probably have parents that do not explore the options, I mean if your 10 or older and you got foreskin problems, chances are your parents thought of you enough not to circumcised you at birth.

I had the same problem when I started puberty, I didn't do much about it though. I jacked off and sometimes the foreskin tore and I would bleed a bit, it didn't hurt or nothing but it was stupid of me to do. Sometimes in the shower I would get some conditioner and put in more foreskin and retract it with no problem. So moral of the story, use some lotion or look up stretching exercises, if all else fails, see a doctor.

how long did it take you to retract it completely ?

It depends how tight it is, I mean of you never have seen part of your gland you might get a Dorcil Slit, they widen your foreskin without removal. But if you retract and it gets cought behind your glans then those rings with prescription cream will work, 2 years for 2nd option, max. You have not told how tight you are.

Not long, a couple months maybe. I still highly recommend using a cream or stretching exercises, not what I did cause I was lucky no damage was done to my foreskin so I wouldn't risk it

I recommend going to a doctor over taking it to the internet to 'cure'. Your doctor needs to check your individual case. I can guarantee you people here do not have the capacity to help you with this. For all you know, in your case you could cause excessive damage, which results in a worse situation for you.

Tell your parents you want to see the doctor for a private situation, and you don't want them to ask you question on it. It's stupid to risk something like this because you couldn't risk being embarrassed, and it doesn't make you more independent or inspiring to be an idiot.

I used to have the exact same issue a couple of years ago. Google was really helpful and after some time and stretching in the shower, I can now fully retract it without an issue.

There is nothing wrong with investigating other options. I had this trouble about a yr ago and everything I tried did not work. I eventually got circumcised. It was not nearly as painful as it sounds and it was the best thing that I could have done. I don't miss my foreskin at all. My best advice is to keep consulting your doctor and be open to a possible circumcision.

When I had phimo, I cut back on porn immensely and took cold showers, and it definitely helped me run through it faster.
