When i got back home i tried it and it was really loose and when i tried to jack off with it it was slippery-ish

You can get smaller ones... you are pretty small like me so you’ll need smaller ones

There are multiple sizes designed for different sized guys. Your friend must just need bigger sizes than you.

They make smaller ones which, if you are planning on having sex you need until you grow down there, at which point get an appropriate fitting condom.

These days there's a proper sized condom for each person. You should look for kinds that say snigger fit because they aren't as big in diameter (most are around the same length and length isn't as important). Condom dealers/ brands and sometimes on the internet you can find size charts to see what kind they recommend for your specific size. Hope this helps!

You will have to try smaller ones. You don't say how old you are but if you are like 13-15 then I wouldn't worry about it. You will most likely grow quite a bit more yet. If you are in that age group you most likely don't need condoms right now anyway. If you are sexually active now then you need a smaller size. A condom should stay on nice and firm and not slip around.

Like above, condoms need to be a tight fit around your penis. If it is not, there is a chance during sex that the condom may fall off or semen may come out the top and risk the girl getting pregnant.

You aren't necessarily too small for condoms, though it may be possible that he has just developed faster than you have. I wouldn't worry about it as you can purchase smaller condoms though you'll likely grow anyhow.

Small as well. Condoms are big (The ones that I tried). I think there are snug fit that work better.
