I always shake it for a few times after I pee, it would feel uncomfortable for me if I didn't. On the other hand, maybe your friend only does it because he does feel comfortable with it.

I think it's gross not to retract, cut or uncut we all wiggle it, but it will not all come out, when you shake it your not relaxed. When you put it away and relax some pee comes out, that's the way we are made, that's why we change underware daily.

This might sound weird but before I got circumcised, I loved the feeling of urine passing through my foreskin. Now that I'm cut I always shake off, but not as much as before.

I did notice that my friend was very tightly circumcised..so that may have had something to do with why he didn't shake off.. no leftover foreskin for it to get on..
