It's totally up to the individual girl, my GF doesn't care but as long as it's kept clean it should be attractive to to opposite sex. The right girl won't be concerned with such things primarily. I personally love the shaved look.

Yes, legs and armpits.
2. If natural, then how much hair you have (pits, pubes)?
Armpits: only a couple small ones. Lower legs: a fair amount, and starting to get some on my upper legs as well.
3. If shaved, how often you shave each part of the body?
Once every 2-3 weeks, as that's the frequency of use recommended with the hair removal device I'm using.
4. And do you think that girls prefer it shaved or trimmed or natural on boys?
Depends on the girl.
