Is dating that simple? Most of the time I feel like I have it much more complicated in my mind.

Good question, maybe sometimes it's as complicated as we make it. It can probably feel complicated when you're trying to find someone to date and maybe wondering why it's not happening, but when you date the right person I think it should feel simple and right.

The secret is that it's not really so secret. It is *not* complicated. It is very simple. People make it complicated. Whether it's because they are masochistic and like the drama and problems they create for themselves. Whether it's by overthinking even the tiniest of things to death. Whether it's from their own baggage that they refuse to release and carry with them every fucking second of their lives. Whether it's from being indecisive, insecure or having little self-esteem. Whatever the case, people make it complicated. When you find the right one, you will know. And it will be simple. And it will be pure. And it will come unconditionally. To be honest the key to relationships and dating is that you kind of need telnet right I Edson that shares some interests with you or similar view points. I have a girlfriend it took a while to find the right one but it started when we were talking about motorcross bikes and racing... because we both ride dirtbikes ... having that thing to relate to really helps spark a conversation and then after you start talking it gets so much easier

Like I don't think anything is simple. It can always be dumbed down to something that seems ridiculously basic, but it never is.

A counter argument could be put in place for all of your propositions. Like the loving a gf/bf, tons of people continue to love someone after they've cheated, beaten, lied etc. I just don't think relationships can be simplified the way a lot do.

I suppose your problem is, you rethink too much and what really let seem such simple things being so complicated.

I don't think much about it. I arrange a date and try to have a chilled time with the girl. It's really easy. You just have to pay attention to her body language, meet her eyes, listen with interest and answer properly.

Under no circumstances start dreamimg cause looking at her inspires you to do so and don't be absentminded.
