Changes to boob/penis size when you are feeling warmer

Ive had a high fever for the last couple of days and ive been realising that my dick tends to become randomly hard a lot more often and was actually half and inch bigger than before i had the fever.

My gf also had this fever a while ago and was telling me that her boobs would start to like swell up more and look bigger than before, same with her nips.

Has anyone had similar experiences? Do you know why this happens? My guess is that when you have a fever thwre is an increased white blood cell count to remove pathogens and as a result of that has increased blood circulation?

Idk but there might b a relation
with hormones released by the
hypothalamus gland that regulates
body temperature thru the endocrine
system which releases sex hormones
during puberty via the pituitary. The
body is complex.

I don't think I get bigger when I'm hotter. But my nipples go softer.

I think that it's just a coincidence myself. Maybe a fever make your body parts swell temporarily beats me.

I actually get less horny when I'm sick. But everyone's different and it probably completely normal.
