Hi im in the 10th grade and theres a girl in the same grade and simply i dont know if she has feeling for me or not becoause ive never been in a relationship, she messes around with me (light toyish slaps, takes off my glasses, ect) so i started brading her hair but didnt take much attention of it but ive heard that she likes someone

You can't always know or be sure someone likes you. If you have an interest in her, you just need to ask her if she'd like to go out with you on a date or something, like for lunch or movie or something.

Very simple here. Take a deep breath and ask her. I'm assuming you like her, more than friends anyway, but you actually didn't say whether you did. IF you do like her, tell her that. Then ask her if she feels the same. Worse case scenario is that you feel a bit awkward for a little bit. Best case, she says yes and you two have a wonderful time as BF and GF. As others have stated it there is only one way you can ever know 100% for sure: she tells you. so if she doesn't tell you on her own, you should ask her to find out.

Honestly, I steal my guy friends' glasses' all the time and I play-slap them, so there is really no way for me to say whether she likes you or not. She definitely likes you in some manner, otherwise she wouldn't do that, but there is no way to tell if it's romantic or not. If you really want to know, just ask her!
(as for the braiding hair, that's pretty impressive, most guys who I've seen try to braid hair just tangled it up horribly :P )

I wouldn't jump to any conclusions and I'm glad you're not. To me, that's just normal stuff all my friends and I do to that to each other. If you like her, ask. If not, wait.
