Morning Pee

Not trying to be funny. Serious question. I was wondering why this happens .. When I wake up in the morning I have to pee..And every time I start to pee I always let out a huge fart..It just comes with out warning.. Just wondering if this happens to you guys too ...Do I have to change my diet ?

It happens because you are relaxing the muscles to allow yourself to pee and the air just comes out of your butt too because your butt muscles are relaxed, too

Indeed the two areas are not that far apart. if you wanted to stimulate your prostate, which is located at the bottom of your bladder around the urethra, you could do so through the front wall of your rectum so another possibility is that as your bladder shrinks as it empties there is less pressure exerted on the rectum and that makes it easier for the gas to come out.

There is also the thing that moving about generally encourages gas to come out compared to remaining still.

It's quite normal to fart when you are peeing. You are pushing to start the force to pee and thus also causing gas to be released from your digestive system. This has nothing to do with diet.

As you use the same muscle to pee, poop, and fart, you may let out fart when you pee and poop. And this is also why you almost always have to pee every time you poop.
