I think they for the most part flatten out on their own as your hormones balance out. It's natural for a little bit of sticking out. Hopefully that helps you a little.

When u start puberty some guys get
puffy breasts due to hormonal changes.
After awhile the puffiness will go away.
I agree with Jamie and Alex above.

u probably have gynecomastia which is wen boys breasts develop a bit but after a few weeks - a few years it will completely go so juss wait on it

It took a few weeks for me to have
the puffiness go away. But with puberty
everyone is different.

Due to hormonal changes. Just wait on it to go away. My nipples are also puffy and i've been having it since 12

I think its unlikely it will get flat as they used to be. Its just your metablolism slowing down and your body filling out with age. I used to have totally flat chest just 2 yrs ago..Then my skinny body started to fill out..look what it has become now...I hate going shitless because of this.
