I see some shrinkings on my penis head when it is flacid. Does somebody know why can they be there?

Do you wash your penis with soap? If yes your skin can be dry.

Your penis head gets larger along with the rest of your penis when erect so it's normal for it to shrink when flaccid.

IF you mean the wrinkles, everyone has them to some degree because the penis head expends when it gets hard and needs extra skin to stretch into.

As it gets larger when erect as with other parts of the penis, it is normal.
