Uncut guys and condoms

I've heard that uncut guys should pull their foreskin back before putting a condom on.
What happens if you don't? Have you done it without pulling it back?
If you pull it back does the foreskin stay back or does it move?
Does it matter if it's a condom with a reservoir tip or non-reservoir tip?

I don’t pull it back, and putting it on kinda pulls it back a little.

I normally pull back to expose the head. I leave a bit of a gap at the tip

I’ve left forward before and it retracts back slightly even if you leave it forward. Pulling it back to expose the head makes it easier

It is the normal thing to do to pull your foreskin back when putting on a condom. The condom keeps your foreskin retracted during sex. I always use the lubricated condoms with a reservoir.
