Cloudy pee in the morning

I noticed sometimes when i'm taking my first piss of the morning that the first few seconds are cloudy. Is that normal? What is causing that, is it semen mixing in with the pee?

It could b certain liquids u have drunk the
day before or too little fluids causing the
body to dehydrate. It could also b a urinary
infection starting. If it is constant every day
then its best to c a doctor.

No it’s not from wanking cuz it happens on mornings when I haven’t done that.
Maybe certain drinks, I didn’t think about that. Hopefully not an infection :-/ it’s not constant just maybe 1-2 time a week?

The urethra, the tube that runs from your bladder to the end of you penis, goes through the prostate gland on its way and, as far as I know, the only thing that keeps the prostate fluid in the prostate is the prostate not contracting, i.e. there is no valve between the prostate and the urethra. If the prostate were to get full, effectively to the point of "overflowing" the excess would end up in the urethra and mix with the pee.

I know it's normal biology for us to get several erections during the night while we sleep, and we know that wet dreams can happen too. So I think it's definitely possible that some prostate fluids might enter the pipes during the night and then get flushed out with your first piss in the morning. I'd say, if it's not bloody and it doesn't hurt or cause pain, don't worry about it. (But next time at a doctor I probably would ask about it. The doc might do a urine test just to make sure everything is okay.)

Cloudy urine is normal as long as there is not pain or discharge with the urination. It likely is just toxins that are processed by your kidneys into your urine. You may notice that the cloudiness goes away if you drink more water.

Your GI tract can also occasionally press on the prostate, causing the secretion of fluid or semen to come out. I have IBS and occasionally will have semen discharge with my urine when my stomach is upset.

You should talk to your parent or see a doctor if it hurts to pee, the skin around the urethra is irritated (red), there is discharge that does not appear to be semen, or there are sores or blisters on or around the penis.
