Just keep it clean and avoid touching that cut if you can. Shower a little more than you normally would and wash it but avoid getting too much soap on the glans (head) because it can dry it out. Otherwise your body should sort it out. Try putting some antibacterial cream on it if you have any.

?? Did something sharp come in contact with your penis? Or, did masturbating irritate your shave and make small abrasions that started to bleed a little? (That has happened to me, and that's why I ask. I'm circumcised 'tight', and if I masturbate with a dry hand that has happened to me.)

Jamie nailed it. Make sure you keep your penis clean and stop jerking off for a while and the cut will heal. The hardest thing I would guess would be not jerking off until the cut heals. But, you will survive intact.
