Most guys from my area (South East England) seem to be uncut- probably as most of our hospitals simply don't fund it due to the risks of the procedure (unless the guy has a condition that requires a circumcision).

I honestly prefer uncut guys a little (as i have more experience with uncut guys) but i don't mind either.

I'm cut, and I'd rather another guy be cut too if we're messing around. I prefer the look, and I like the way it works for sex stuff better—any sort of lubed sliding action is better cut with no skin moving in the way.
