And I think this is our biology. After all, the urge comes from our biological instinct to inseminate as many females as we can. Once we have ejaculated (inseminated a female) there is no biological need or purpose to not to deposit more sperm into her. So our bodies are not really designed to do that.
Personally, I've tried, just as an experiment, and I've been successful in cumming a second time. But it was difficult and not enjoyable. And I had to do it without rubbing the head because the head of my penis was SO sensitive it almost hurts to be touched after I cum one time.
