That’s normal. It could be just the water hitting your penis that’s causing the erection. It’s part of life, if people don’t understand that then they need to learn to. I always get a boner in the shower. I think it’s to do with the hot water.

I'd agree with the others that it's completely normal. So, are you saying that when you start your shower you're soft, but then you get erect while showering?
If it bothers you, I'd suggest two things to try. First, try to keep your dick out of the hard stream of the shower water. The water hitting you in sensitive places might be making it get erect. Second, try turning the water COLD when you start feeling yourself starting to get hard. That might make your whole body so uncomfortable that it will quickly "deflate" your little friend and make him go dormant for a while longer.

You are in the beginnings of puberty at your age and this is perfectly normal as all have said. I've been swimming competitively since I was 8 and as I began to mature, at about 12, it would start happening and I will admit I was a bit scared because whether alone or with others I would pop a boner. But I quickly noticed I wasn't the only one and that made me feel a bit more comfortable.
