Weird question, and I don't know did you understand. :D But how many? I think 5 fahrenheit (-15 celsius) is little bit cold. :/

Where I live it doesn't exactly help that we have shit weather so I would say anything equal or below 7°C

In California people freak out if the temperature drops below 10*c/50*f lol we also forget how to drive when it rains or snows

I wouldn’t really say “cold”, but anything below 10c is ‘coat weather’, 15c is ‘hoodie weather’ and anything above 20c is ‘tshirt weather’.
Personally I’m quite sensitive to temperature changes so I would say about 5c, when I have to fully layer up with a scarf and gloves.

I think anything below about 45F/7-8C is pretty cold. I can stand some cool weather, but wearing a light jacket or hoodie doesn’t make it necessarily “cold” in my opinion

Lower than 10°c is cold for me, I agree with you on warm and hot. But is Latin America, so I'm not good at cold weather.

-10F (-23C) is cold to me, but I'm currently snowed in by drifts and avalanches, so it's kind of normal for me

I'm okay with 50F but anything below 45 or 40 F is too cold for comfort
