I need help....just started playing games for the first time and I like Fall Out 3 but I don't know what S.P.E.C.I.A.L to use, I really want a charming and persuasive gun totating bad ass female rogue.....is that even possible?

Easy way to power game is to dump 4 points into intelligence from the get go so you're at 9 intelligence. And before any level up go to rivet city (bottom right of the map), go into the doctors office and get the intelligence bobble head. Be careful of to talk to the doctor or you'll ruin the main story for yourself. Now at max intelligence every level up gives you the max amount of points to dump into stats. For a rogue you'd go small guns. If you want charisma as a S.P.E.C.I.A.L I'd recommend getting a companion because charisma boosts their health and damage, otherwise it's a pretty crappy stat. S.P.E.C.I.A.L skills I don't rate are like strength and endurance, they're just not too relevant. Maximum carry is irrelevant, just get a companion and carry stuff that is lb/bottlecap efficient. Health is fairly negligible after a certain stage of the game anyway (because you just don't really struggle to kill things). Other abilities that are useless to me: barter - just a stupid skill really, vendors will run out of bottle caps too often anyway, explosives, big guns (debatable though because it can be good for certain weapons), melee, unarmed and energy weapons (unless you go down get route, then you ignore small guns)
