I get really bad ones every now and then, but I don't think it has so much to do with puberty as it does with my level of stress from school or just life in general.

Hello!
Headaches during puberty are perfectly normal. Headaches during puberty are actually quite common for girls because of the level of estrogen, this is a hormone which is found in women. They are also particularly common for girls just before and just after the menstrual cycle starting.

A cause of headaches can quite often be stress related. If you are concerned then perhaps think about going to your GP.

I've never really had anything like that. Might be unrelated to puberty

you got the family curse, almost every woman on mom's side of the family gets headaches and migraines. And it usually starts right around the same time as you get your first period.
Idk if it's a puberty thing or a hereditary thing, possibly a mixture of both. But for the most part it starts about the same time with everyone. Tiff didn't really get them and Mandy only get's them occasionally (although they are hospital bad).
Drink one (maybe two) sodas and eat a snickers, drink water or gatoraid through the rest of the day...tylanol and motrin helps but Aunt Dee may need to take you to see someone to get special meds.
I know it sucks now but it'll go away as you get older.

I come from a family of experts in migraines, my granddad haves them, my mom haves them, and I'm starting to have them too.
