How hard is to make your own blog?

Hello guys, anyone has an experience with making blogs? I want to create my own about one of my favourite bands but I don't know at all what tools I need for this. What can you recommend me? And is it possible for a guy who doesn't have any special web building skills??

There's plenty of platforms and tools to help you create a blog/website, such as blogger or squarespace. The really challenging part is persistence, and remembering to post creative content.

Free web building platforms are the best decision in this case, from my own experience I can recommend Yola, WordPress and Wix, I made with the help of them a couple of websites about some of my hobbies too. They're very simple in using, free and there are so many helpful tutorials about them who don't have any experience with such tools at all :)
For design it's possible to use music wordpress templates https://www.templatemonster.com/category/music-wordpress-themes/ or other ones for other types of platforms, they provide pre-made design skins which you need just simply to install and change how you want. Many of them are free and usually that's why are considered as the best ones for such non-commercial projects. Free ones have many limits comparing with non-free templates but I don't think that any cool upgradings are necessary in your case.
I can also recommend you such free tool as Bluehost https://www.bluehost.com/home , it's very convinient for registration of domain name for your website.

you can create an account @ wordpress.com and there's plenty of modern templates to choose or you can use tumblr or blogger

worpress is fairly straight forward or blogspot. Not hard to customize or create and there are plenty of tutorials. Like others have said, the hard part is sticking to it and posting quality content often if you are looking to grow your readers.
