So, I am seeing Alice on Tuesday. However, tonight, her ex messaged me asking if I was (Billie-Jades ex, shes my ex, she is also his ex) I said yeah why. Then he replied, "when billie-jade was in your house I was there also" "I was like you definetly wasn't" Knowing full well that my dad would beat the shit out of anyone not welcome in our house :)

Thats the end of the convo for me and EX (Louis) I told Alice, that Louis had messaged me, and she wasn't happy. She said it breaks her heart talking about him. And me wanting to know why, asked her why. She said can we change the convo! I allowed this. I apologised for this. Then she hit me with the "you never have a change with me, I would never talk to anyone about louis, especially not with you. Also you never have a chance with me" I replied with alright alright, I fucked up I accept that, i didnt mean to make you upset about louis. The thing that destroyed me most was when she said "you never have a chance with me" I didnt tell her this hurt me due to her saying she wanted to sleep. I never judged her ex.

Right now, she is still coming round on Tuesday, We plan to walk my dog, then watch:

Then get dominoes pizza :)


Any advice? Personally I think I should just carry on, and be there for her, AND NOT BRING UP HER EX. Hopefully she said "you never have a chance with me" in anger of me bringing up her ex. But idk. What do you think?

Right now, we are just friends, she wants to just be friends for now, but some of the things she says and does when she see's me on facetime don't add up to her wanting to be just friends.

In another perspective she might be making a classical mistake of treating you as if she would rely on a female friend for advice.

I think as you get older, hopefully, you begin to realize that while both boys and girls can wear the status label of a friend, you have to communicate differently between the genders.

Girls do rely on other close girlfriends for some of the most introspective and deeply personal of problems. If she doesn’t yet understand this social divide she might in her mind be seeing how she’s depending on you as completely appropriate to ask of “a friend”.

For you the emotional consolement triggers attraction because you are male and is causing undo stress for you because you want more now, and she hasn’t moved behind the “this is appropriate for friends” label.
